family service when you enter our showroom and even when we
personally
deliver your purchase to your home.
Q. How do I know it is time to replace my
mattress?
A. Do you wake up more tired than when
you went to sleep? Are you
tossing and turning all night in order to get comfortable? Your
body is
telling you it is time for a new mattress set. If you wake up and
find
that your back, hips, or shoulders ache and the pain subsides
throughout
the day, your mattress is no longer providing you with good
support or a
restful sleep.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes we do offer free delivery
within the Calgary area for purchases
over $500.00. We offer very flexible delivery times and days. We
also
provide free set-up of your mattress and frame and we will take
away
your old mattress for no charge.
Q. How do Back 2 Beds prices compare to
other mattress stores?
A. We compare other stores to ensure
that our pricing is better or equal
to other mattress retail stores. If you find the same product at a
lower
price we will beat it by 5% (up to a maximum of $50.00)
Q. The mattress sets are so high . Can
anything be done to make them lower?
A. At no extra charge we can order you
a low profile boxspring which
will lower the bed by up to 3 1/2 inches. We also carry low
profile bed
frames which will also lower your bed by 3 ½ inches.
Q. What if I don’t like the bed that I
purchased from Back 2 Beds?
A. We offer a 30 day comfort exchange
with the purchase of a mattress
protector. This will provide your mattress with a 10 year stain
and
construction warranty. You can re-select another mattress within
the 30
day comfort period but we will not refund your money. If you
re-select
another mattress set of lesser value it will remain as a store
credit.
Q. Why should I purchase a pillow top
mattress? Is it really necessary?
A. Whether you like a pillow top
mattress or not is largely up to your
personal preference. However, not only are they more comfortable
but
they also reduce pressure on your hips and shoulders. Pillow top
mattresses do offer more comfort.
Q. Do you carry bedding?
A. Yes. We carry silk and wool duvets,
sheets (up to 620 thread count),
pillows, duvet covers, comforter sets and mattress protectors
Q. Why should I flip or rotate my
mattress?
A. In order to receive the longest
life out of mattress you need to flip
or rotate your mattress. The majority of mattresses are no
non-flip
meaning that you are only required to rotate your mattress end for
end.
We recommend rotating it every 2 weeks for the first 3 months.
After
that it is sufficient to rotate it once every three months.
Q. Are all mattress protectors the
same?
A. No. The mattress protectors that we
carry offer a 10 year stain and
construction warranty if you purchase it at the same time as you
purchase your new mattress. If the mattress protector would let
something through to your mattress the manufacturer will clean
your
mattress. If they are unable to get it clean they will replace
your
mattress. Very few mattress protectors offer such a warranty.
Q. Are all coil mattresses the same?
A. No, the number of coils and the
type of coils will have a direct
bearing on the comfort level and life of your mattress.
Independent
pocket coils benefits are (1)less tossing and turning, (2)provides
more
contouring to your body, (3) less motion transfer from your
partner
Q. Will the Tempur-Pedic mattress make
me hot?
A. No. The cells themselves are open
and breathable, so the material is
self-ventilating. However, due to the increase in circulation
throughout
your body, you may discover you need fewer blankets to sleep
comfortably.
